Community Fun Fair – Our next fair will be May 29, 2020. We will need volunteers to help setup before the fair and to clean up afterwards. We will also need a fun fair coordinator to supervise and oversee the planning. Fun fairs run every other year.
Pancake Breakfast with Santa – Every December we serve a hot breakfast of pancakes, sausages, fruit and drinks. Volunteers are needed to help setup, make pancakes, serve the food and tidy up afterwards. If you have an electric griddle to lend us, please advise.
Annual Fundraising Events – In the spring of each year, the PAC organizes a community garden sale. We need help with plant donations, potting planted received, picking up plant donations, setting up and selling on the day of. We needed many volunteers to make these events successful!
Sports Day Lunch We sell lunch on Sports Day. We need a few parents to help prepare and sell the lunches.
Popcorn Fridays – We offer $1/bag of popcorn for sale to all students about every other week throughout the school year. Parents and intermediate students are asked to signup to help with Popcorn Fridays. Popcorn punch cards, $10 for 10 bags, are available for purchase. Teacher Appreciation Lunch – Every spring we organize a special lunch for our teachers and staff. Families provide dishes for the lunch. Volunteers decorate and set up the buffet. If you can help, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Grad Dinner – A committee is formed from parents of the graduating class to help the students fundraise for the dinner and/or a legacy gift. The committee organizes the evening while the students and families of Grade 6 volunteer for the event.
